Random reboots since Core Update 2024.9.1 or Hardware

Hello, my HomeAssistant was running until yesterday with a Proxmox on a HP Prodesk (Core i5 9500, 16Gb RAM, 1Tb NVM) mini pc.
Yesterday I noticed that there is a reboot every few minutes after I did the last core update 2024.9.1 (and added a Shelly 2pm)

The whole project is still in the early stages and therefore hasn’t really had much to do. It’s mainly the Shellys and Reolink cameras that have been added so far.

After restoring a backup the reboots were still present every 4min.

Now I have deleted everything and installed HomeAssistant directly on the hard disk.

There are still reboots when creating floors and rooms.

Sounds like hardware damage to me.

SMART for the hard disk shows nothing.
I first ran the stress test for the CPU via Ubuntu and then memtest. Everything runs cleanly for more than 2 hours…

Under logs I only find this:

Home Assistant Core
2024-09-11 17:56:26.102 WARNING (Recorder) [homeassistant.components.recorder.util] The system could not validate that the sqlite3 database at //config/home-assistant_v2.db was shutdown cleanly
2024-09-11 17:56:27.325 ERROR (Thread-5) [pychromecast.socket_client] [bedroom(192.168.178.42):8009] Failed to connect to service MDNSServiceInfo(name=‘Chromecast-HD-911f011e4fc909121785481e5b3bbbee._googlecast._tcp.local.’), retrying in 5.0s

Does anyone have any tips for me on how to find the error here?
Thank you!

i have now found out a cause, but it leaves me somewhat perplexed

when the PC (HP Prodesk 800 G5) is only connected with the power and network cable, reboots occur every few minutes.

However, as soon as I connect a monitor (PC → DP/DVI cable → monitor), the system runs stably and there are no more reboots.
If the monitor is turned off but the PC remains connected, the system continues to run without any problems.

If I disconnect the monitor cable, reboots occur again within 3 minutes.

this happens with a newly installed or old restored HA

here are the last logs from a backup of the “old” system
