A friend has Home Assistant OS 14.1 installed and I noticed that his equipment displays an image of the board and its name. I have Debian GNU/Linux 12 installed (bookworm)
and there is no image or mention of Raspberry in the hardware. Tell me how to display the board images and description of the equipment as in the screenshot! Thank you.
It only shows that image detail for certain hardware. It is likely possible to add code for your hardware. If you get details maybe providing it on GitHub will get it added
the thing is that I have Raspberry Pi 4 equipment, so on one of these devices information about the board is displayed, but on the other (which is installed in another house) it is not.
Looks like different Installation methods. (HA-OS vs. supervised/docker)
Perhaps only HA-OS can show that.
Or docker cannot see the host info(basically same as what you said)
