Raspberry pi 5: Error installing Home Assistant; Unhealthy state, needs manual intervention

Hi,

I’m looking for a help: for a several hours trying to start Home Assistant on Raspberry pi 5. Tried to search for a solution all over the internet, but unfortunately no luck. This post is the last hope to find out what I’m doing wrong or what I do not understand.
Getting errors like:
[supervisor.core] Fatal error happening on load Task : Automatic time synchronization is enabled
[supervisor.core] System is running in an unhealthy state and needs manual intervention!
and etc.
And Unhealthy status.

Tried on other house with different router - working.
So it is router problem. Does anyone have suggestions what kind of parameters in router is could be wrong?
