I installed ‘Home Assistant’ on the Raspberry Pi, but it remains nonfunctional after being connected to the network and powered on, even after multiple reflashes of the system. How can I resolve this issue?
Connect a monitor to the pi. Show us what it says.

As you can see from Raspberry Pi - Home Assistant a RPi can be used for HA.
It’s difficult to help you if you don’t share any info about what is happening.
