Raspi Pins Control

Hi I have a Raspberry Pi 4 at home on which I run Homeassistant now I wanted to ask how I can control the pins on the Raspi directly? Maybe there is a very simple solution that I have not found.
I am always happy about help

There is a custom integration which can be added manually or by using HACS.
