Which version are you using ?
If you add the repository in GitHub - vincentwolsink/py-agua-iot: py-agua-iot provides controlling heating devices connected via the IOT Agua platform of Micronova to HACS you will get the latest version then it should work.

It’s also listed as an unavailable device for me, but it can be operated. Is probably due to the cloud connection. When I call up the original app, it also takes a while for the device to respond.
It’s just not really a real-time connection, not even via the original app.
Do you guys know about any IOT device that can control the pellet stove (EvaCalor Karen 9kW) and is cheaper than Navel 2.0 Wifi module? The Navel module costs about 200 EUR in Poland. It’s a lot in comparison to other IOT devices.
