Razberry Z-wave outdoor antenna

I’m having z-wave reception issues. My Raspberry Pi 4 HA hub is just too far from several z-wave plus devices in my barn. While looking for an outdoor z-wave antenna I found the Razberry daughter card. But it appears that I must add the U.FL receptacle for an outdoor antenna.

Is there a Razberry card with the U.FL receptacle already installed?

That would be a perfect solution but unfortunately there is a large open area beween the house and barn.
