Re-install of ZHA returns "unknown error"

First let me say I’m a HA Green user, migrating from Smartthings and not very techy.

After a very frustrating December with my ZHA not working at all even after upgrading to Core 2024.1, I decided to delete it from the system and then re-install it. (seemed like a logical idea) After removing it, an update came out to Operating System 11.3 which I did.

Now, with my Sky Connect ZHA device back in, the system finds the device and asks to configure the new integration for Zigbee. At that point, I get an “unknown error” with no other info.

Any suggestion on where / how I can remedy this?
