Read push notifications from HA aloud on iPhone

I’m trying to find a way to get push notifications sent to my iPhone 12 to be read aloud using some TTS component. Preferably in my native language (Norwegian). Is there a way to do this with the Home Assistant iOS app?

I’ve been searching this for a while now, but everything I find is either really old and not working, or not relevant in my case…

This is a function of iphone, not of ha app. While connected to supported earphones, such as airpods, siri will read enabled app’s notifications.
