Readeck is an open source, self-hosted read-it-later solution for storing web articles for distraction-free reading. It just had a big release of which you can learn here.
I’m a big fan of Home Assistant add-ons and I wanted to try making one, so I’ve packaged Readeck as an add-on that’s easy to install and configure. With this, you can spin up your own Readeck in under a minute and start saving articles for reading. Best of all, the full contents and images of any article you save is backed up by the add-on, therefore your Home Assistant can become your own personal web archive.
