Readings not appearing in Energy Usage

I am trying out the new energy management resources, and as I don’t yet have a smart meter I am entering daily readings for gas and electricity manually using Utility Meter. Electricity is simple - just an input_number - gas is more complicated because the meter readings have to be converted to kWh, but I end up with two sensor values which are accepted as “grid consumption”.

The sensors look identical to me, but the electricity value appears correctly every day under “energy sources” in the usage dashboard while the gas reading remains stubbornly at 0 kWh.

Are we only allowed one daily reading (electricity was the first one I added)?

Since you can add more then one, I would assume you would see more then one. But I have not tried myself yet.

Indeed. Looking at the the gas sensor in Developer Tools again after entering this morning’s readings, I see that the “last period” value has changed, so the readings are being processed. Apparently it’s just the dashboard that’s not being updated?

Is it possible to start again with a clean slate?
