Really simple on/off?

It’s complex to turn a device on or off at a scheduled time easily and cleanly, with HA native automations.
You have to create an automation, add multiple triggers, and then use a choose action, without UI config, choose what condition.
It would be nice to have a built-in option, to turn on/off any kind of entity, at a schedule.

Note I’ve moved to scheduler-component. I’d recommend it too.
