"Reboot system" fails but power cycle is OK

The is a rpi5 with an SSD and system is up-to-date
Core = 2024.12.0
Supervisor = 2024.11.4
OS 14.0
Frontend 20241127.4

“Reboot system” fails resulting in no network activity, power lights are on, no remote terminal access, power cycle works fine.

Any help much appreciated…

Do you have a powered USB hub attached to the pi? That can back-power the pi and make reboots fail. I have to power cycle mine because my SSD is plugged into a powered USB hub.
