Hi - Does anyone by chance know of any off-the-shelf “battery-operated receivers” that feature a flashing light or audio alarm, that this 433Mhz Wireless Door Contact Sensor Unit [https://youtu.be/KwqdL7r8VGY?si=DXCK6waXM3x6wfXY] will activate(?)

Battery operated receiver is not really a thing.
A receiver should always be active to catch the signal, so it will be eating batteries quickly.
