Receiving Notifications twice on Android

Hello,
I’ve got a problem that I receive notifications on my android twice. They even show up as two icons in the taskbar. I’m using HA 2022.2.9 and Home Assistant App 2022.2.1-full. This is my automation:

It also happens when I just use the “run actions” button, so it has nothing to do with triggering twice I think.

Same problem here. Not always. Home Wi-Fi and 4G are fine. Wi-Fi at friends house is acting strange. Two notifications, indeed two icons. Also TTS, double spoken.

my comments above still stand, we need a issue logged with logs otherwise we cannot help. Why do people skip over comments that are meant to help them?

I closed my bug. I am getting double notifications for Smartthings as well. Not all Notifications are doubled but one from ST and HA are. Must be a problem with the mechanism they use to send Android notifications. Other apps do not seem affected.
