Recomendations: How to read analog energy meters

I would like to use Home Assistant to monitor my energy, gas and water consumption, but sadly my meters are all analog and I’ only living to rent.
I’m not sure where to start and what would be pratical.
Any recommendations?

There are a few posts about using a ESP32 cam to OCR the numbers from water meeters.
Does your energy meeter have a blinking LED? That can be read.
Never seen a gas meeter. We don’t use gas around here

Could you link me to some thread or something that discussis this OCR solution?

Sadly the meters seam to me completly analog
Here is a prictures of the meter

also the energy meter is sealed.

there are some that read the flashing light or the disc revolving. However, that plastic in front might mess up the working logic behind these Analogue or digital meter sensors - EnergyFlip

Just search for the OCR integration in Home Assistant

Hi! Im new here and I too try to find a solution for monitoring my analog meter.
Is there a way to have a virtual sensor so that I could type myself the values monthly?
