Hello,
I’m currently looking to replace my current Thermostatic Valves with new ones, which actually do what they should.
I currently have some cheap ones from AliExpress, which somehow work, but often open their valves even when they should not be heating at the moment (or do the complete opposite). Sometimes they also loose connection to HA and need to be manually reset Learned my lesson about buying devices, which are too cheap
So I’m looking for new ones, which are still cheap, but actually reliable and work like they should.
For my Setup:
I use ZHA for managing my Zigbee Devices and use BetterThermostat to link the Thermostats with temperature sensors. So I’m looking for devices, which work fine with both.
Also I would like valves, which support different opening values instead of only opened or closed.
Since there are many different devices, I am a bit overwhelmed and not sure, which devices could actually be the best for me
I found one Thermostat Valve which could actually be good, that would be the Sonoff TRVZB, but I’m unsure about it as some reviews are not that positive about them
So I hope some of you have good recommandations for me
