Can anyone tell me if there is one browser that’s better than the other for home assistant?
I know there has been or is a drive to more ui based functionality, but having been using HA for several years, for me anyone the front end it getting more and more buggy as time goes on.
When I started with HA I pretty much did all my setup and general maintenance via an iPhone and or iPad but have completely given up now as the app reloads sporadically as and when it feels like it, normally at the worst time it could. Drop done selector boxes pretty much can’t be selected ever and definitely not if the keyboard is on the screen.
So having given up a while again using iPhone / ipad I have been using chrome browser and again this was pretty much perfect.
However I am noticing lots of similar issues, drop down selectors will randomly not work, the back option often does not work. Recently the front end via chrome has simply frozen, sometime having to do a refresh to get it to respond again.
So are others noticing these for similar issues? What’s your thoughts on the best browser to use?
I am not sure if this is a HA issue or more of a browser issue.
Also o have updated to 2022.7 and had hoped that this may make the front end slightly more responsive but unfortunately for me it does not appear to have done.
