Recompile a dashboard and skin possible?

I’ve found the ?recompile=x option to force changes made to a dashboard but I can’t work out how to recompile for a certain skin.

If I amend ?skin=NEWSKIN onto the end of a newly recompiled dashboard it looses the changes and reverts back to before being recompiled. What I want to be able to do is ?skin=NEWSKIN?recompile=x but that obviously doesn’t work.

Its like my changes are being cached somewhere for the skin. I’ve even completely deleted the compiled folder and its the same issue. As you can tell its driving me crazy :unamused:

Help appreciated.

Ok turns out its local cacheing in Safari thats the cause of the issue :slight_smile:

Cleared the cache in safari.

so the solution is: use another browser :wink:

Gaaah, had the same issue in Chrome. Ctrl+F5 finally solved it…
