Reconfigure Tuya

I recently lost all entities in my Tuya integration due to the IoT expiring out and having to extend it. I now have it extended but the integration states it needs reconfigured. If I click reconfigure, I get an input screen with no information as to what needs inputted as seen in the screen shot. Can someone tell me what info I need to input or do I need to uninstall/reinstall the integration?

User Code:

You will need your User Code. You can find this code in the Smart Life app or Tuya Smart app in Settings > Account and Security screen, and enter the code shown on the User Code field.

Thanks @francisp, I gave that a shot, but it did not work. After inputting the code, I get a second screen that is essentially blank with just a button that says submit again then it throws an auth error. The app is functioning fine and everything on the IoT dev site looks fine.

Then this. Looks like I need to reinstall. Ughh.

Have you tried with a secret?

After deleting the integration, rebooting the entire HA environment and re-adding, the prompts still looked the same. After about 20 minutes I decided to try again before just giving up and voila, the correct prompts appeared as well as the QR code to scan in the SmartLife app. All is good again.

I was just getting ready to try that when the prompts all of a sudden started populating correctly and I was able to reconfigure.
