Is there a way to make Home Assistant take a reading from a temperature sensor more often? At the moment it takes the data around every thirty seconds for the graph, but can it be set to a lower interval?

If it’s used to trigger something then you could probably use ESPHome chip with automations.
Not really to trigger anything i just like data.
What temperature sensor are you referring to? Whether you can do this or not depends on the integration and use.
