Please speak in complete sentences. What does “didnt get it up” mean? Error messages? Log files?

next try, barebone restort of backup… and HA restore of backup… lets see it that makes my HA alive again… fingers crossed

barebone resture gets my HA up and working. as soon as I resote HA backup I am back with recovery mode… gha!

The only way to get my Home Assistant (HA) working again is a barebones restore from the last backup. I’m losing some data in the process, but the main takeaway from this incident is that HA backups can’t be fully trusted.

What is a barebones restore ?
