Reload of Hass.io missing Server Controls

I just loaded HassOS Version 3.8 Production.
I am missing all of my Server Controls except Server Management.
Configuration Validation and Configuration Reloading are missing

I believe you need to turn “Advanced Mode” on for your user. Click on your user in the bottom left of the UI and scroll to “Advanced Mode”. Toggle the switch there and it should all appear.
