Reload scenes

I’d really like the capability to “Reload Scenes” without restarting HA, like we already can do with Groups, Automations and Scripts.

Same with light_groups. These things change dynamically very often. Dont want to restart the whole system for this

Not sure if anything has been looked at with this, but I certainly would like the ability to reload Scenes the same way we can Automations and Scripts.
I find I use scenes a fair bit and they do tend to be dynamic.

Not only reload, but scenes reeeeally could use a GUI.

Select devices > Adjust as necessary > See results in real life > Save

This would be killer. It’s a real deterrent not having this. We need scenes (vs automations) to easily map into voice control systems.
