Remote Access/Port Fowarding for netgear orbi router

Can anyone help me out with port forward using a Netgear orbi router for remote access on home assistant? Thank you

I hope its a VPN you are thinking of setting up, since opening HA directly to the internet would be a dangerous thing to do.

I don’t know really. I came across this Youtube Home Assistant Remote Access for FREE - DuckDNS + LetsEncrypt + Single URL - YouTube at 5:09 showing me to create home assistant remote access. Apparently, he doesn’t show me the port forwarding on my router.

I would not recommend that method.
HA might be made with some security build-in, but its not really hardend enough to be accessible from the entire internet. On top of that you have all kind of small addons that also needs to be hardend to be secure.

If you chose to do it anyway, then like at portforward.com
