Hi All,
I am trying to figure out how to get my building intercom remotely controlled.
I have a Comelit 6750W
I have a raspberry pi zero and a relay board hat. Initially i would love to
Get a notification if my door bell is rang
Remotely be able to open it
This would be controlled by my home assistant (separate raspberry pi setup already running)
I have no experience in electronics so a bit clueless where to start, looked up for wiring diagrams but found only building wiring and not the set wiring. This is how it looks from inside.
Thanks for any help in advance
Maybe you can find something easier, like using a switchbot to click on open button? And a sound detection for ringing??? Just thinking loud.

Looks like there are various manuals available to users of that device. Start by looking at that.

Any news to your project?
I have the same intercom installed and tried a switchbot. Switchbot doesn’t work (pressure is too low).

So someone on github has a well described project for a similar intercom, decoding simplebus2 protocol
I am still collecting all parts to give it a spin
The other solution is with switchbot (i have an alternative one from aliexpress) the pressure is not an issue but the capacitive touch keys are not possible todo without some hacks (https://www.reddit.com/r/switchbot/comments/mh61wr/add_a_capacitive_stylus_tip_to_switchbot_appendage/ )

So went with the switch bot for now
added a coin cell battery (3V) and connect a wire with copper tape which i grounded in the intercom itsefl

Oh wow, this is interesting.
Could you help post a closed-up photo (or photos) to show the coin battery & copper tape setup?
(Or… is there some other blog or video or webpage we could refer to?)
Maybe this post could be interesting for you:
Some contributors and me developed a bridge between Comelit Simplebus2 and MQTT. At the moment just with basic functions without audio/video, but ringing, open, ring-to-open, etc. is running. An ESPhome firmware version is linked on this page. If still someone is interested in integrating Comelit Intercoms into HA which do not come out of the box with smart functions, maybe this could be what you are searching for:
