Remote connection failing

I lost remote connection to HA. I’ve restarted system, logged out and in to the cloud, reinstalled app etc. but it doesn’t work. HA has connection but still I get this message :

URLSessionTask failed with error.

Alamofire.AFError

Code:
13

With local connection Home Assistant Cloud says in remote access : No connection

Any ideas?

What devices? What platforms? What IP addresses? What addons? What error log messages? Any VPN/DuckDNS/customised networking involved?

Hi,

I am fairly new to Home Assistant. I have HA Green, and everything has worked well for about six months. I was traveling and didn’t make any changes during that time, but when I returned, I couldn’t connect to the app anymore and started investigating the issue.

Remote connection with the iOS app and browser does not work, but local connection with the browser works.

I find the following error in the log:

What have you updated since your departure? Any changes to your network?

Nothing before I found the issue. Core and Thermia after that. Haven’t change anything in my network but rebooted it too.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling your companion app on your Apple device.

Try bringing up your HomeAssistant Green in safe mode.

Same issue … started recently after an update… No other changes to the environment
