I have several HA systems running with nabu casa and duckdns.
I can reach them everywhere with my phone and any pc, exept at work.
When i try to log in at a pc at work i am able to go to nabu case and see my connection is ok, but when i click on the link the screen stays on “unable to connect to Home assitant” with the HA logo and retrying every 60 seconds, this is on all the systems.
A few months earlier it did work, so there either changed something in the IT department ( very big company so finding out is difficult) or some change in HA…
I don’t understand what could be blocking the connection?
Its rather trivial to block site X v. Site Y. These are just HTTS as far as your IT department is concerned. If they are using proxies on your outbound internet then they can also subscribe to packages that white / blacklist sites, entire IP ranges, residential IP service endpoints (cough) such as those owned by the large ISPs, etc.
Almost positive you’re getting filtered and
good luck building a valid business case to get the filter removed unless you have CxO in your title.
*edit : if you do have CxO in your title please don’t ask them to… They hate that.
