I am needing more information about remote_homassistant before I set it up. Right now I have my HA running on a mini pc. I am using a Aeotec Gen5+ stick for Z-Wave. I have devices in the main house and also in a detached garage about 75feet away. I have installed a outlet on a pole about middle way to the garage. And also installed 3 outlets on the outside of the garage.
The problem I am having is that I keep having nodes go dead. I am wanting to move all the devices in the garage to a new mini pc and hook it to the house using remote_homeassistant. I have WiFi from my house extended to the garage with a P2P gigabit link. My questions are:

Will moving the devices to the new PC break all my automations and dashboards?

What amount of lag will there be between the 2?

Will I be able to remote admin the new PC like I do the old one? I use Nuba Casa.
