Remote Siren for Dog

Hey guys, not sure if this is the right forum or not.

We are looking to letting our dog have some more freedom when we are at work instead of having her being locked in her pen all day. We are trying to dog proof the area as much as we can. Her dad died from eating something and are trying to avoid that happening to us. We have a camera and I was trying to think of some sort of horn or something that i can integrate with HA to give her a little noise if we see her getting into something she shouldn’t… Not sure if this belongs here or not but looking for any help if something exists like this.

Have an Envisalink, a few Raspberry Pi’s, or can buy anything else. Would be nice if i could just temporarily beep the siren on our existing alarm via Envisalink.

You didn’t mention how your Home Assistant system is built out. However there are plenty of Z-Wave and Zigbee Sirens available to could give a little blast if for instance you built an automation that was triggered through a motion sensor? Just a thought, I’m sure someone here can offer a better suggestion.

Hey thanks Mark. ya, i just want to give her a little 1 second blast to distract her, that’s about all it would take. I am thinking if she starts chewing on the couch or something like that. Just really feel bad for her sitting around all day but don’t want her to get herself in trouble. I run HA in a VM with Z-wave, and ESPhome running on it. Would really like it if i could have a button on my HA app to do this. Must be a way with an ESP32, or even burp the siren on my alarm panel via Envisalink.
