Remove an entity - iOS Duplicate Sensors

Hi All,

I’m new to HA and have just been setting everything up. While doing thing I have added and removed my iOS phone a couple of times, this has lead to duplicates of the changing and battery status entities at the top of the screen.

The phone and its presence exists in the known devices file but I can’t work out where these are stored. Can someone advise where they are stored and how i could remove them?

Thanks

Sam

@SamT, look for the file known_devices.yaml inside the same folder as your configuration.yaml

@j.assuncao the actual phone presence devices exist in this file but not the others to do with charging and a battery.

Thanks

Same problem here.
Any solutions?

I had the same probleme due to some sensors having dynamic IP and due to a router reboot, they got new IP address. Like j.assuncao suggested, I went to the file known_devices.yaml, deleted the duplicated entities and problem solved
Thanks for the help
