Remove auto discovered device without disabling discovery

I do not want my BT Home Hub to be discovered by Hassio as after the last update it created an issue that prevented it from booting. I am not interested in actually making it work, however I would just like it to be ignored by auto discovery and not have it set up.

Just add it to the ignore list

You can specify the entities to ignore.
