Remove companion app sensors

Hello,
I just realized that I have 80+ sensors created by the HA Android companion app. I have disabled the vast majority of these sensors in the settings of the companion app, and basically just keep the battery state and phone localization. However, they still appear in my list of entities, with most of them showing an ‘unknown’ state.
I thought disabling a sensor from the companion app would remove it from Home Assistant.
How can I clean up my list of entities and get rid of these unwanted sensors? I can’t delete them from the HA Frontend, the option is greyed out…
Thanks for your help here!

You disable them in HA too.

Thank you for your reply. Is it the only option? I’d rather delete them to keep my HA instance tidy, but don’t want to reconfigure the mobile app.

I think that is only way, but I am not 100% certain.
Once they are disabled they will be hidden in the entity overview

Sure, that they are still there and not only in browser cache? Try to refresh the page fist.
