I can only access hass.io by connecting my PI4 directly with a monitor, etc. I will end up in home assistant command line CLI after login in with root.
How can I stop the supervisor and containers from the ha> command line? Is there another way to
stop hass.io from starting up after reboot and subsequently flashing the sdcard with a new os to start from scratch?

Resolved. Home assistant does not like a static IP address during initial installation. When I changed to DHCP server, the splash screen will show up.
