i see an entity as switch in my default overview dashboard , but there is no entry in my configuration.yml , and also i am unable to delete this , can anyone please help me

Check your devices / entities in the settings (side panel)
Click this:
there is no entry there as well , i am unable to figure out how it came up
Try
Make sure there are not filters active and don’t put anything in the search field.
The last column shows the state.
Go to your dashboard and click on the entity. In the pop-up card what do you see when you click on the three dots icon in the top corner?
Thanks , i tried all your ways and restarted my home assistant removed power plug and started again , now it’s perfect with no useless entity
