Remove 'Push notifications' toggle from frontend?

I was just looking at the video on this page…

…and I noticed that the interface doesn’t have the Push Notifications toggle in the side panel. I don’t use html5, and was going to make a suggestion at some point that if html5 isn’t used that this option be removed as it’s superflous, but it looks like there’s a way to remove it anyway.

How do I remove it from my front end?

You can’t. In the video the toggle is missing because Home Assistant is accessed via ‘localhost’. The same thing happens when you access it via the ip address of the machine Home Assistant is running on.
