Removing a UD ISY994i controlling Insteon devices for a mini-PC with HAOS

I recently moved from a RPi 3 for an HP EliteDesk 800 G2 DM mini-PC running HAOS. I have 80+ Insteon devices around the house that I have been controlling with a UD ISY994 and a Serial PLM for years. Now that the ISY is end of life I wanted to remove the ISY and the PLM as the “middle man” between the Insteon Hub 2 (2245-222) and Home Assistant running on the mini PC. I was planning on running just the Insteon integration in HA using the Hub 2.

After adding the Insteon integration to HA it only finds 23 of the 80+ devices that the UD intergration sees. I know the Insteon documentation says it can take a while for it to find all the devices but it has been a few days and I have been using the devices during that time, so they are talking back and forth with the Hub.

What can I do to get the Insteon Integration to see the rest of my devices so I can remove the ISY and PLM for good?
