Rename Entity_Id for Zwave Devices

Hello,
I am trying to rename the entity ideas so that instead of referring in my automations to light.ge 14294 In-Wall Smart Dimmer I can refer to light.Office_Light.

I tried renaming from the Z-Wave Card and from the Light card in my web overview. Both attempts just make the controls no longer operate the actual light. When I look at the Node id for the light it matches the node id for the Zwave device.

The node ID wont change. Only the entity_id and friendly name are configurable from the state cards. Once you have changed them, make sure you update the relevant entity_id’s in your automations.
