I am still relatively new to HA and I hope I am not wasting your time with something very obvious. At least I have tried to find the answer in the forum but while I read some similar topics I couldn’t figure out the following issue.
I have connected more than one Hue bridge and the integration works fine. I just would like to rename the bridges in the config so I can easier tell which is which. Currently they show a generated name, looks a bit like a MAC address to me. It would be great if I could give them names like “basement”, “first floor” or the like.
Do you have any idea if that is feasible and how I could do it?
OMG, this is what I was “afraid of” … it was actually very easy, should have looked closer…
Thanks very much @Pippyn ! Your post made me wonder why all the cards on HACS have the three dots on the bottom right corner but the Hue integration doesn’t. Then when I clicked on one of the bridges there they were, the three dots. And they allow to rename the bridge I clicked on (well, kind of makes sense to do it that way).
So for all the noobs like me out there: First click on the bridge you want to rename, then the three dots show up. Click them and select “rename”.
