Reolink Auto Discovery

I recently add te Reolink Auto Discovery from HACS as a helper. It has picked up my two cameras really well. But I have no idea what the HOST and PORT should be?

I have the reolink app on my phone and can see the IP Address but still can’t figure this out.

I am sure there is an easy answer, thanks in advance.

Sort of left mine as answered. The cameras I was trying to add are not supported by the API that is used to connect.
