For me, yes. That's the app version. I'm viewing through the NVR and that's how my intents are set up.

You could use the PushOver app instead of notify.your-mobile-phone. It works well for sending a message and a snapshot from a Reolink camera. PushOver is a notification app for IOS and Android.
