Reolink Image Set

Hi, please add settings for Image i mean Brightness Contrast etc., now im using RESTful command 90% of time is not work :(, please thx.

Please specify precisely which settings you would like to see implemented.

I presume you mean the settings under
Settings -> Display -> Image Settings -> Advanced:

  • Brightness
  • Contrast
  • Saturation
  • Sharpness

Are those 4 all you want (for christmas :wink: ) or anything else?

I will wait 1 or 2 days before releasing a new reolink-aio version since I also want to fix some issue reported on a RLN36 NVR. Will first see if that also requires changes inside Reolink_aio.

Thank you so much, yes i am checking but waiting for new release, in 12.2 was not added, can I add it manually?

The PR has not been merged yet, besides it is a new feature meaning it will not be added to a patch release but only in a major release.
So the earliest it will be added will be in HA 2024.1.0.

If you are experianced with development you could add it as a custom component, but if you have not done any development before I would recommend to just wait untill it is included in a release (2024.1.0).

@milandzuris the PR has been merged so I can confirm the image settings will be available in Home Assistant 2023.2.0 which will be released on Febuary 7th 2024.
