Reolink RLC-810A RST or onvif Configuration

Hello I receive today 2 RLC-810A camera with detection of person and vehicule
But when i try to add it on Home assistant like other Reolink RLC-511 this doesn’t work
I try tris command
rtsp://admin:[email protected]:554/h264Preview_01_main

But this doesn’t Work

And when i try to add with onvif integration this doesn’t work too ?

Can you access the camera straight through the browser (http://10.0.0.61)? There might be a setting that has changed the RTSP port (my 520s were all shipped with the RTSP port set to 544 for some reason).

yes i have acces directly to the camera through the browser.
How do you find the new port ?

Hello RSTP Port is correct,I receive information about the rstp the main stream is in h265 and information from the support the web browser don’t support the h265 for the moment

1) If you fail to connect the camera via RTSP, please refer to Failed to connect the camera via RTSP/RTMP.

2) The RLC-810A is a 4k camera and it is H.265 VIDEO format. But the browser cannot support H.265 temporarily. The sub-stream and auxiliary stream are h.264 so you can view it on the web.
