Repair notice doesn't go away

Hi,
I’ve found a notice that tells me there is a problem with Let’s Encrypt integration

Despite I clicked on submit and I restarted HA manually too, the notice came up every time.

How can I solve this issue?

What does 'The default configuration for add-ons and Home Assistant has changed.' mean?

I get no results when I search for the above error and want to know what will happen if I hit submit. The full error is Repair Issue The default configuration for add-ons and Home Assistant has changed. To update the configuration with the new defaults, a restart is required for the following: <list of various add-ons> I’ve never seen this before and everything is currently working, so I’m afraid to press that ‘Submit’ button.

After the last update I have a message saying a restart is required. I’ve restarted several time and it doesn’t seem to go away? Home Assistant 2023.6.3 Supervisor 2023.06.4 Operating System 10.3 Frontend 20230608.0 - latest [Screenshot 2023-06-29 120259]

mmm a reboot solved the issue.
Anyway the “repair” functionality looks not to work exactly like a charm.
