Repeated log entries saying about Hoebridge-Ring client, though I am not using any homekit devices

I keep seeing the following error message in my supervisor log file

Apparently this is something to do with connecting a ring doorbell through Homekit.

I’m not using homekit or Ring, and I’m not aware of having installed any addons or integrations for either.

Is this a part of HA, or something that I’ve accidentally installed somehow?
