I had a Raspberry PI 3 B stop working so I replaced it and now the WiFi and HA login isn’t working. I can SSH into the box and Samba is still working. What do I need to do to get it working again?

Did you just stick in your existing SD card or rebuild HA on your new PI?
Used existing SD card.
My suspicion is that the /dev’s defined in you old PI don’t line up with your new PI (and a few other things).
At this point I suggest you backup your HA /config directory on another machine, and scratch your existing SD with a fresh install and rebuild.
… but I could be wrong …
