Replacement thermostat for heated floor

I’ve got a Warm Tiles heated floor element in our main bath but we super dislike the thermostat that came with it. We don’t end up using it as much because of the thermostat. It’s this unit: https://www.ezfloorheat.com/images/GTS%20Installation%20&%20Operating%20Instructions.pdf

Does anyone have a good suggestion for a Z-Wave replacement thermostat that would work with what we currently have installed?

Where are you located and would you consider Zigbee?

The US. I’d prefer Z-Wave since I don’t have anything else Zigbee but I won’t mind adding Zigbee just for this if there are no good Z-Wave options.

I have a dozen of these thermostats integrated in HA. They work very well and double as ZigBee routers.

The gateway is optional if you use Z2M or ZHA. Only required for Firmware upgrades.
