Replacing a zzh (CC2652R) with a Sonoff 3.0 - worth it?

I use a zig-a-zig-ah! with ZHA (previously Zigbee2MQTT) and it works.
I also bought a Sonoff Zigbee 3.0+ just in case, as a spare.

I am now wondering whether there are tangible reasons to move from my old dongle to the new one. (because it is new, and I like to make my life difficult)

Ideally, if the move could be seamless it would be wonderful (read: make note of something like the PAN, swap the dongles, put back the information and, behold, all my devices are visible), but if I need to re-pair then it is not going to be the end of the world either.

I do not want to swap for the sake of swapping if there are no real reasons to do so, but you know - a new device.

It is not worth it. The Sonoff is not a bad device, but the zig-a-zig-ah! is better (my 5 cents, other people my think different)

I see the zig-ah-ah something has a really hard name. But also BLE a threat support.

The sonoff only has zigbee.
And then the case that unless you have issues I wouldn’t swap. Changes are the swap won’t go as smooth as expected and the. You are off worse then before.

Thank you @francisp @bkbartk - I will keep the current dongle then and the Sonoff as a spare
