I have an old Hive SLR2 Dual channel heating and hot water receiver. It’s always been a bit of a challenge to incorporate into Home Assistant because of its less than standard Zigbee implementation.
I’m considering options.
Firstly, has there been any improvement on the template, helpers and simple-thermostat setup for the SLR2.
Secondly, would upgrading to the newer SLR2C improve the situation?
I am using Z2M but this was only chosen as ZHA didn’t support the SLR2 when I first set this up.
I also use a SLT3, but it doesn’t really get used a lot. Mostly there as a backup.
