Replacing ZWave Stick - How to make it seamless

I am running z-wave js on supervisor (details below) and need to replace my Zooz Zwave 700 stick with a replacement stick (long story LOL). Is there a way to do this without re-pairing all of my devices?

I have a backup of my current zwave USB stick using zwave commander. Is a backup and restore to the new stick is the only way to do this? Is there a way within Home Assistant where the paired devices wont know any different and just continue to work?

From Settings \ About:

Home Assistant 2022.12.8
Supervisor 2022.11.2
Operating System 9.4
Frontend 20221213.1 - latest

ZWave JS add on is current at version 0.1.74 in the add ons section.

Outside of using z-wave js UI’s internal firmware backup and restore system, the only other way I know of is using Simplicity Studio. I’m sure there are other ways, but these 2 are my “go to” and SS being my preferred method.

1)Backup stick
2)Remove old stick
3)Install new stick
4)restore backup.

Done.
